The Valkyrie, in Nordic story world, are a group of maidens who served the god Odin and were sent by him to the battlefields to choose the slain who were worthy of a place in Valhalla. Once in Valhalla, the dead heroes, or einherjar as they were called, would spend their days fighting and nights feasting, preparing to defend Asgard when Ragnarok comes. Despite the power they wielded on the battlefield, the Valkyrie role was relegated to that of servant in Odin's hall.

*For burning resin incense, I recommend using premium bamboo charcoal made for incense and hookah. It has almost no odor and burns more clean. For indoors I highly recommend that you use a pinch of incense with only a 1/4 piece of charcoal to avoid an overabundance of smoke. Outdoors, use a whole charcoal and as much incense as desired.
