Green Birka Viking Hat

A Run style Hat, sewn by hand in the old ways, as the forebears did before us. Wrought of sturdy green wool twill, rich as the deep forests of the North, it is stitched with light yellow wool thread, as Sól’s own light. About its edge lies the soft grey fur of the swift hare, a gift of warmth against the cruel bite of winter’s breath. No false craft mars its making—each stitch, each seam is set true, as in the days of our ancestors. A hat for those who walk the path of the old ones, be they warrior or wanderer, skald or seer.
